The speculation of the contestants is finally over with the start of the Bigg Boss season on the 15th September.
Below are the actual lists of the contestants:
The episode began with the Bigg Boss house being separated into two parts heaven and hell. The heaven part of the house has all the facilities while the hell part of the house does not have much facilities. The hell part of the house Indian toilets.The house is separated by a wire mesh.
Below we have described a written update of the contestants as they were going into the Bigg Boss house.
- Tanisha Mukherjee came and was introduced by her sister Kajol and her mother Tanuja.
- Next came VJ Andy funnier as ever.
Bigg Boss gave Tanisha and VJ Andy the task of sending the contestants to either heaven or hell. Later on in the episode they were both sent to heaven.
- Ratan Rajput while entering the Bigg Boss gave Salman two gifts, one for his mom a saree and the other was herself (pun intended). She was sent to hell by Andy.
- Gauhar Khan was dam cool about entering the Bigg Boss house. She was sent to heaven by Tanisha.
- Shilpa Sakhlani & Apurva Agnihotri were given a choice of heaven and hell. Apurva choose heaven for his wife, while he went to hell. Shilpa on learning that they wouldn't be staying together started weeping.
- Hazel Keech was struggling to speak in Hindi when she entered the Bigg Boss house. Hazel was sent to hell.
- Kamya Punjabi represented the vamp she plays in Indian Tv shows. She was sent to hell.
- Rajat Rawail came and was joking about his weight while entering the Bigg Boss house. He was sent to heaven.
- Kushal Tandon seemed to be very quiet and didn't talk much while entering Bigg Boss. He is a recovering alcoholic and hence wanted the 3 months to recover from alcohol. He was sent to hell.
- Elli Avram who is from Sweden did not know much Hindi again like Hazel, this resulted in Salman making fun of her. She was sent to hell.
- Sangram Singh a wrestler, who has done many great things in life was sent to heaven. He was sent to heaven.
- Armaan Kohli came and was talking about being happy to be a part of the show. Salman indicated that Armaan Kohli has temper issues. He was sent to hell.
- Pratyusha Banerjee came and was explaining the meaning of her name. He was sent to hell.
- Anita Advani mistress of the late Rajesh Khanna seemed like a quiet person. She has come inside Bigg Boss to start life afresh. She was sent to heaven.
